Print single image in multiple pages – split / scale / tile and print

For a party, I wanted to split an image into 4 pieces and print them in 4 papers so that I can get a bigger poster image. I was not aware that MS Paint could do this job. What you do:

1. Open the image you’d like to print in Paint
2. Select:   Print -> Page Setup (Vista and 7), or File -> Page Setup (in XP)
3. Under Scaling, select Fit to and change the setting to something like “2 by 2 page(s)”
4. Click OK
5. Print the image from Paint, and make sure to select “All Pages”

That’s it – you’re done.
